Role Description The Office Manager is a part-time role based in Chisago City, MN. This role oversees daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating provider calendars to ensure smooth clinic workflows. The Office Manager greets and assists clients, responds to phone and email inquiries, and supports staff with administrative tasks such as filing, billing coordination, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. Additional responsibilities include managing office supplies, ensuring proper use and maintenance of office equipment, and helping maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming environment. The person in this role collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient, client-focused service delivery.
