OTR Dry Van CDL A Company Driver

We are hiring CDL A DRY VAN DRIVERS ONLY for OTR routes. This position is strictly for drivers with dry van experience. If you do not have dry van experience, this position is not a fit.

Pay & Benefits:

• Up to $2,500 take home per week
• $1,000 hiring bonus
• .70 cpm
• Detention/Layover: $150
• Weekly payroll (paid the following Friday – no hold)

Schedule & Home Time:

• OTR – minimum 2 weeks out required
• 14 days home after each run

Requirements (FLATBED ONLY):

• Minimum 2 years CDL A experience
• No SAP program drivers
• No Pet or Passenger Policy in place
• Must pass drug screening

Equipment:

• 2022–2025 Freightliner Cascadia (Automatic)
• DD15 Engine – 455 HP
• APU, Refrigerator, Microwave included
• Governed at 72–75 MPH

Freight Details:

• 2,500–3,000 miles per week
• Consistent dry van freight lanes
• Runs ALL 48; Primary Lanes Midwest and East Coast
• No northern states in the winter
• No NYC EVER!!!

Orientation:

• Paid ride-along evaluation (3–5 hours) – $100
