Family Access Medical is launching a physician-led Direct Primary Care (DPC) model in the Greater Cleveland area designed to restore the patient-doctor relationship and remove insurance-driven barriers from routine care.
We are seeking a mission-aligned Family Medicine physician interested in helping build a patient-first practice from the ground up.
This is not a traditional hospital-employed role.
This is an opportunity to practice medicine with:
- No insurance billing
- No RVU quotas
- Smaller patient panel
- Longer visits
- True clinical autonomy
- Focus on relationships and prevention
The physician will own and operate the professional medical entity (PLLC), with full control over clinical decision-making.
A separate management organization will handle all non-clinical operations, including:
- Facilities
- Staffing support
- Marketing
- Billing administration
- Technology
- Compliance support
This structure allows the physician to focus entirely on patient care while maintaining ownership and leadership.
We are looking for a physician who:
- Is Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Believes medicine should prioritize patients over payors
- Is comfortable practicing in a Direct Primary Care model
- Wants a smaller, relationship-driven panel
- Is interested in leadership and long-term partnership
- Is open to building something meaningful from the ground up
Experience in DPC is a plus, but not required.
