The Clinical Supervisor, positions available: part-time, full-time and PRN position. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee FYI mobile crisis teams that respond to dispatches for behavioral health crises in Doña Ana County. This is a contract position that includes the need to be on-call and available to respond, as needed, outside of regularly scheduled business hours. The contract clinical supervisor will provide telehealth direction/support and/or respond in-field, depending on request of the responding mobile crisis team. The teams will seek guidance from the contract clinical supervisor as needed, for situations that include, but are not limited to: safety risks for participants or staff, additional clinical support, refusals against medical advice, etc. This role involves rapid assessment, engagement, and clinical decision making.

What You'll Do
- Remain available to respond to needs of mobile crisis teams during specified working hours; responding by-phone or in-field, as requested
- Conduct clinical assessments of individuals in crisis to determine appropriate level of care
- Document all clinical interventions according to program standards
- Collaborate with emergency services, mental health facilities, and community providers
- Address the requests of mobile crisis teams as they arise, to include navigating potential safety risks or concerns to staff and participants
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related mental health field
- Valid state professional Independent license in behavioral health (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in crisis services
- Minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role
- Experience with trauma-informed care approaches
- Demonstrated leadership in behavioral health crisis interventions
- Ability to work flexible hours; potential on-call rotations
- Strong emotional resilience and stress management
- Bilingual preferred
