Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Early Childhood, Public Health, or related field
Experience working with families, young children, or vulnerable populations preferred
Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
Ability to manage schedule and caseload independently
Bilingual (preferred, if aligned with community needs)
