Families Moving Forward (FMF) is seeking a Director of Programs & Residential Services to join our senior leadership team.
This exempt, full-time leadership role provides strategic and operational oversight of FMF’s emergency shelter and family programs, supervising multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and trauma-informed services for families experiencing homelessness. The Director also serves as a key community partner within Durham’s homeless services system.
Salary range: $75,000–$85,000, with a strong benefits package.
