Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct medical services, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management, in compliance with all applicable laws and medical standards.
- Document all services and client interactions in accordance with medical recordkeeping requirements.
- Conduct indirect medical reviews of documentation including Intake Assessments, Treatment Plans, SED/SMI Certifications, and ADHD Certifications.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, social workers, counselors, and nurses to coordinate and optimize client care.
- Order, interpret, and follow up on lab work and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in after-hours on-call coverage or arrange appropriate backup when necessary.
- Provide supervision and guidance to assigned nurse practitioners or medical staff.
- Adhere to all terms outlined in the Professional Services Agreement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
