Role Description
The Bilingual Program Facilitator (Spanish/English) will coordinate and deliver parenting education programs to help empower families and strengthen community ties. Responsibilities include leading interactive workshops, managing program logistics, assisting with curriculum development, and building relationships with program participants. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Greater Boston, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. Occasional travel to program sites within the region will be required.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and teaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in relationship-building, participant engagement, and community outreach.
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks such as program coordination and reporting.
- A passion for supporting families and enhancing parenting skills through education.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Prior experience in parenting education, social work, or community services
