Position Overview
As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a key role in helping children establish healthy dental habits early in life. You will provide comprehensive dental care, from preventive treatments to restorative procedures, in a setting designed to make kids feel comfortable and supported. We value teamwork, compassion, and dedication to outstanding patient care.
Compensation
- We offer a daily minimum of $1,300 or 35% of collections, whichever is higher.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform examinations and diagnose oral conditions in children.
- Provide preventive care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Deliver restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns, and extractions.
- Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and dental care practices.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure the highest quality care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with the latest dental practices, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in pediatric dentistry.
- Active dental license in Utah.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach to working with children and families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
