What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parent Aware Quality Coach position at Families First of Minnesota?
Families First of Minnesota has a full-time Early Childhood Quality Coach position available in Rochester, MN. This position provides high-quality Parent Aware coaching and technical assistance to child care providers in assigned counties on best practices related to early learning, recruits providers, actively collaborates with other agencies involved in early childhood initiatives and disseminates information regarding program services.
This exempt position is scheduled 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between 8 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. This position will work occasional nights and weekends as needed. Compensation for this position starts at $26.00/hour. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurances, Long-Term Disability and 403(b) Retirement Savings, in addition to, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
Our Early Childhood Quality Coach will have a minimum of a four-year degree in Child Development or related field OR a four-year degree with at least 24 credits in Child Development. Knowledge in the early childhood field, and advancements in professional development initiatives is preferred.
