Do you enjoy working with young children and want to make a meaningful difference every day? Families & Communities Rising, Inc. (FCR, Inc.) is looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Aides to support our Head Start and Early Head Start classrooms.
As a Teacher Aide, you'll play an important role in helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
What You'll Do
- Support teachers with daily classroom activities and learning experiences
- Assist children with hands-on learning, play, and developmental activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Assist during meals, transitions, and outdoor play
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Help supervise children while ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
- Work as part of a collaborative team dedicated to early childhood success
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children under age 5 preferred
- Positive attitude, patience, and a passion for helping children learn and grow
- Ability to work well with others and maintain professionalism
