Compensation And Benefits
Compensation varies based on experience, location, and other factors.
- Average earning potential: $250,000–$400,000 , including new graduates
- Daily minimum guarantees
- 30–35% of production, including X-rays, with potential location-based premiums

- Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative care, extractions, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
- Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations
- Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
- Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in accordance with company standards
- Support a positive, collaborative work environment focused on patient care and team success
- DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school Current or eligible state dental license
- Experienced dentists and prospective graduates are encouraged to apply
