- $7,500 relocation bonus available for eligible candidates who accept an offer by July 31st, 2026
- Average earning potential: $250,000–$400,000
- Daily minimum guarantees
- 32–35% of production, including X-rays, with potential location-based premiums
- Cash bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
- Current or eligible New Mexico dental license
- 2 years of experience practicing dentistry in the United States
