Your Role in Our Family
We’re looking for a Part Time Digital Marketing Manager to join our family. This is a part-time remote role (20 Hours) a week that will allow you to use your skills and passion to help promote our brand and artists across digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll manage our social media platforms, create and execute targeted advertising campaigns, and oversee email marketing campaigns.
- You’ll secure relationships and visits to DSPs and analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
- You’ll work with artist management, artists and their teams to implement digital marketing strategies for releases and artist brand.
- You’ll develop relationships with new marketing avenues to create partnerships and opportunities.
- You’ll work with our team to coordinate online initiatives and digital marketing promotions for our artists.
- You’ll oversee and manage creators as well as creator strategies to increase artist reach.
- You’ll assist with the creation, build, and editing of online properties (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, official website and other sites appropriate to artists and label).
- You’ll drive social media growth for all artists through increased engagement, activity, and relevant content posts.
- You’ll develop targeted strategies for artists’ video channels.
- You’ll build and manage an artist’s owned audience by increasing data capture across all mediums.
- You’ll conceive, budget, and effectively execute digital paid media campaigns with Artist Development teams.
- You’ll work as a liaison with third party marketing companies when applicable.
- You’ll manage live-stream set-ups, recording, and executions with both in-house and external content and creative teams. (Only if you are New York Based)
- You’ll actively participate in team meetings, brainstorms, discussions and planning activities.
- You’ll assist in analyzing online promotions and campaign sales impacts, consumer trends, etc.
What You’ll Bring to Our Family
- You have 1 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Latin Music and entertainment.
- You’re an expert in marketing and digital advertising strategies, including social media management, email marketing, and targeted digital advertising campaigns.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting and content creation for digital platforms.
- You’re proficient with digital marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and analyze campaign performance data.
- You can work independently and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- You’re a Spanish Speaker.
