Job Goals: To support students with disabilities in order to facilitate their inclusion in general education courses at Cape Cod Community College.
Qualifications
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 2025-26 School Year, hours TBD based on the courses selected by the student, and up to an additional 6 hrs per month for meetings and trainings as scheduled.
SALARY: In accordance with FEA Unit C contract

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree (preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of Special Education and General Education Instruction
- Successful experience supporting students with a wide range of abilities, interests, and needs
- Such other alternatives as the Superintendent may deem acceptable and appropriate
- Provide on-campus (Cape Cod Community College) support to assigned MAIHE student(s) during scheduled classes
- Direct support at FHS for coursework completion, assisting student(s) with assignments
- Facilitate student participation in classes and social interactions outside of class with peers when appropriate
- Foster communication between the students and instructors regarding accommodations as needed
- Liaison between Falmouth High School and the MAICEI Program Coordinator to maintain current information about MAICEI students' progress or needs.
- Attend assigned trainings as offered by the Department of Higher Education (DHE), Cape Cod Community College, and/or Falmouth Public Schools
- Such other responsibilities may from time to time be assigned by the Principal, Special Education Building Administrator, Director of Student Services, or Superintendent
