Job Summary
As Operations Planner, Junior at FallTech, your primary role is to support the planning of various projects and activities within the operations team. You will assist planners in developing Order schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and communicating with team members to ensure effective project execution. With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, you will contribute to the overall success of FallTech by helping to streamline operations and optimize resource utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of Manufacturing order schedules
- Creating Subassembly work orders and issuing materials to complete work orders
- Reporting Material scrap on GP, provided by Department leads.
- Assisting the production team in checking the transfer of products to the outside warehouses and systematically moving the product through the inventory system.
- Collaborating on Repair Centre and Repair inventory adjustments.
- Collaborating with planners to analyze project requirements, identify potential risks or issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Monitoring Manufacturing orders' progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, including planners, manufacturing leads, and team members.
- Participating in production meetings
- Assisting in the preparation of order documentation
- Collaborating with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and resources for project execution.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Adhering to established Falltech guidelines, and quality standards

Qualifications:
- Computer literacy
- Data Entry and Clerical skills.
- Production experience – 3 or more years
- Experience in similar position preferable;
- Interpersonal skills
- Good math skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with heights up to 30 ft. and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma – GED
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
