8 Hour Shift Available
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on weekends
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct daily rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction programs
Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Requirements:
Current License to Practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New Jersey
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
