Medical Sales Representative – Orthopedics (Upper Extremity)

Fallstaff Search is partnering with a leading orthopedic device company to identify a high-performing Medical Sales Representative to manage and grow their Upper Extremity / Shoulder business in the Charleston, SC market.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with orthopedic surgeons, surgical teams, and hospital partners to support cases, drive adoption, and grow revenue in one of the most attractive orthopedic markets in the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established Upper Extremity business
• Support orthopedic surgeons in sports medicine and total shoulder procedures
• Provide in-servicing, case coverage, and clinical support
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital stakeholders
• Drive new product adoption and consistently exceed sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Prior orthopedic sales experience required
• Upper extremity experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting sports medicine and/or total shoulder procedures
• Strong track record of sales performance and relationship building
• Candidates currently in Charleston or open to relocating

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 base salary commission
