What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator position at Falls Dental Group?
We are a private dental practice in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeking a positive, friendly, and motivated team member to add to our administrative team.
Our mission is to provide the best possible experience and care for our patients. You would be responsible for welcoming and greeting patients to our practice, answering questions they may have regarding their insurance (verification and payments), verifying patient insurance plans and processing any claims they may have from dental treatment.
Required Skills:
· Excellent customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills
· Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software
· Ability to work in a fast paced, patient focused environment
· Ability to work well with a team to provide the best experience possible for patients
· Attention to detail: when processing claims, collecting payments and verification of insurance plans
· Organizational skills: ensure accurate record keeping
· Financial skills; should be proficient with processing insurance claims, entering and processing patient payments, explaining benefits and out of pocket expenses with patients
· Experience with insurance claims and billing
We are looking to fill a full-time dental receptionist position 4-5 days a week with flexible hours. We are offering:
