Falls City Nursing & Rehab (Falls City, NE)
LPN Pay: $30–$35/hour
RN Pay: $35–$45/hour shift differential
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
What You’ll Do
- Monitor patients and assess needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Record vitals and update charts
- Communicate with physicians
Requirements
- Nebraska (or compact) RN/LPN License
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication and judgment
