Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with speech, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Deliver skilled therapy services and adjust based on outcomes
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Complete required documentation and discharge summaries
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
