What You'll Do
The Executive Director / LNHA is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the skilled nursing facility, including:
- Overseeing daily facility operations
- Leading, coaching, and developing department leaders
- Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement
- Partnering with the Director of Nursing to support excellent resident care and clinical outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Managing budgets, labor, expenses, and overall financial performance
- Supporting census development, admissions, and referral relationships
- Recruiting and retaining strong team members
- Building relationships with residents and their families
- Identifying opportunities to improve quality, operations, and employee experience
- Representing the facility within the Falls City community
What We're Looking For
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility for licensure
- Nebraska LNHA license OR ability to obtain Nebraska licensure
- Kansas-licensed Nursing Home Administrators are welcome to apply
- Skilled nursing or long-term care leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and facility operations
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Ability to create accountability while maintaining a positive, supportive culture
