What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractor position at Falls Chiropractic and injury?
Associate doctor needed in a growing family practice!
We are looking for an associate doctor who is willing to learn and has a drive to be successful. We want a doctor who would like to be here long term. We will train the doctor to become an excellent chiropractor in the following ways:
Clinically: how to read MRI, how to take and analyze X-rays pathologically and bio-mechanically (Gonstead heavy but not exclusively), understand functional neurology and applied kinesiology, understand functional medicine and how it relates to spinal health. We will hone adjusting skills for affective application of treatments. We will help the associate doctor reach their goals clinically.
Business Coaching: how to connect with all kinds of doctors including surgeons, pain management, primary care, physical therapists, etc. and have them refer the associate patients. We currently see over 8-10 new patients per week from physician referrals and growing. We will teach how to run a family practice, how to effectively reach out to the community to build your business, and how to communicate with attorneys to receive referrals and help quarterback their cases.
Pay: salary per month to start, then based on performance.
A current associate has been here two years and is currently taking home over 9K per month and growing fast.Future plans include opening more offices.
