Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teller located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Teller will be responsible for performing routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and inquiries. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling cash, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer, and assisting members with their financial needs and questions. The Teller will also promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet members' needs.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in cash handling and balancing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using banking software and computer applications
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior banking or credit union experience is beneficial but not required
