Duties
- Provide daily care for calves, including feeding, watering, and monitoring health status
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation of calf housing areas to promote healthy growth
- Operate equipment such as feeders, waterers, and cleaning tools safely and efficiently
- Manage animal handling tasks with care and patience to ensure stress-free interactions
- Support growth and development programs by tracking calf progress and adjusting care routines accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of feeding schedules, health treatments, and growth metrics
Qualifications
- Prior supervising experience in animal care or farm settings preferred
