BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Director of Child Nutrition Services, the Child Nutrition Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the Child Nutrition Services Department primarily dedicated to scratch cooking; coordinate, manage, and monitor new operations and program changes; communicate policies, procedures and regulations; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.

Requirements / Qualifications

Any combination equivalent to an associate’s degree in food service management or closely related field, and four (4) years of supervisory experience in commercial or institutional food service management. Bachelor’s degree preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
