Schedule:
Ø 4 consecutive 10-hour shifts from 10:00pm – 8:00am
Wednesday - Saturday
Ø Wednesday all-staff agency meeting from 8:15am – 10:00am
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a relevant organization.
Valid driver’s license
Proven oral and written communication skills.
Mature, assertive, organized.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues, respecting diversity and confidentiality.
MAP certification preferred.
Job Profile
Are you looking to work a shorter work week and gain some extra day time hours for your personal endeavors? Then this job is for you! With these flexible overnight hours there is plenty of daytime to fulfill events in your personal schedule! The Awake Overnight reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and is a member of the agency team providing direction to the youth in our program.
The successful candidate will:
· Provide primary supervision to youth including bed checks, wake-up, and nighttime
· Attend mandatory trainings
· Utilize and implement behavior support techniques
· Model healthy boundaries and social skills within the program milieu
· Provide a safe and nurturing environment for youth
