Valid driver’s license Proven oral and written communication skills. Mature, assertive, organized. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues, respecting diversity and confidentiality. MAP certification preferred. The Awake Overnight reports directly to the Shift Supervisor and is a member of the agency team providing direction to the youth in our program. The successful candidate will: · Provide primary supervision to youth including bed checks, wake-up, and nighttime · Attend mandatory trainings · Utilize and implement behavior support techniques · Model healthy boundaries and social skills within the program milieu · Provide a safe and nurturing environment for youth The Fall River Deaconess Home is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
