What You'll Do as an Outreach Associate:
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to a small sales team
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and the ongoing development of team members
- Help track team performance and keep everyone motivated toward daily goals
- Support managers with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and assist with key operational processes
