Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Malpractice Attorney based in Coral Gables, FL. Responsibilities include handling medical malpractice litigation cases, represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings, providing legal advice, conducting in-depth case research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, engaging in negotiations, take and defend depositions, attend court hearings, mediations, and trial, communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel. Collaboration with other attorneys and legal professionals will be central to your day-to-day responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law with a focus or experience in Medical Malpractice
  • Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and ability to develop case strategies.
  • Research skills essential for investigating and managing complex cases.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills to resolve disputes and achieve client objectives effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal and litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
