What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Technician - I position at Falk's Nursing Service Pharmacy?
This is a full time on-site role for an IT support position. The support technician will assist the IT director providing technical support for workstations, communication software, application software installation and support, in our pharmacy. Hours are Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM. All workstations are Windows 11, utilizing Microsoft Virtual Servers in a SAN environment and Active Directory, Cloud applications, and VOIP technologies. You will assist in supporting system of records along with vendor support for application and infrastructure support with hardware software and communication support.
Responding to users’ IT needs and troubleshooting skills are required and essential to this job. Knowledge of SQL, queries would be a plus.
Qualifications:
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating technical issues, setup of new computers, working with support partners for hardware software, phone issues, installing and supporting applications as needed, and supporting via VPN access as needed for users. Ensuring smooth operations of technical equipment as issues in the pharmacy. Willing to learn and support technologies
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer science. Prior IT support required.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
