Falk Prosthetics & Orthotics is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to join our growing team in Delray Beach.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized and providing exceptional customer service. Experience in a medical office is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Welcome and assist patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Scan and upload medical documents into our electronic medical record system
- Enter patient and insurance information accurately
- Communicate with physician offices regarding referrals and documentation
- Follow up on outstanding paperwork
- Assist practitioners and administrative staff with day-to-day office needs
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- No weekends
