Counter Sales/Key Holder (Safety Sensitive Position)
Department: Sales
Reports to: Regional Manager
Counter sales associate will increase sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in and telephone customers in the selection and acquisition of needed products.
1. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, as well as a solid product knowledge.
2. Handle the opening and closing of the store location.
3. Manage cash deposits and other financial records as needed.
4. Maintain an awareness of merchandise promotions and advertisements.
5. Assist in housekeeping, merchandising, signing, cash register operations and loss prevention.
6. Handle customer complaints and returns while maintaining a positive attitude.
7. Work with other departments to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
8. Warehouse duties as assigned.
9. Accurately use order entry computer system and other technologies as required.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass a physical and drug screen
· High School diploma or GED required
This is a Safety Sensitive Position due to the nature of work happening in the branch. Counter Sales at any time may need to use, maintain or monitor heavy equipment and/or a company vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
