Main Responsibilities:
- Estimate from information received such as contract drawings, specifications, and addendums using in-house pricing, supplemental design, and pricing programs
- Communicate with Customers and Sales team regarding any clarification of scope/design intent that the Estimator was involved in
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience estimating exterior building products or steel buildings
- Must have commercial experience
- Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Must be computer proficient, particularly in Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction, SketchUp, and Excel
