What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Falewitch Construction Services, LLC?
Project Coordinator
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who knows how to keep things moving.
This role is not about sitting back and waiting for someone to tell you what to do. We need someone who is organized, persistent, dependable, and comfortable following up until the job is done.
You’ll work closely with our Project Managers to help keep projects on track, priorities clear, and commitments from falling through the cracks. Think of yourself as the person who helps make sure the team does what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Following up with Project Managers on open tasks, commitments, and deadlines
- Tracking schedules, milestones, and important project dates
- Preparing meeting notes and clearly documenting action items
- Following up on action items until they are completed
- Helping prioritize what needs attention and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle
- Keeping project information organized and accessible
- Communicating with the team to identify upcoming deadlines, missing information, or potential issues
- Helping our Project Managers stay focused on the work that matters most
The Person We’re Looking For
Experience is great, but attitude and personality matter more to us than a perfect resume.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Are extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Aren’t afraid to politely hold people accountable
- Have the persistence to follow up more than once
- Like checking things off a list and closing open loops
- Can communicate confidently with different personalities
- Take ownership instead of assuming someone else will handle it
- Stay calm when there are a lot of moving pieces
- Enjoy being part of a team and helping others perform at their best
- Can be friendly and professional while still being relentless about getting things done
What This Role Is Really About
Our Project Managers have a lot on their plates. Your job is to help create structure around the chaos.
If a PM says something will be done Tuesday, you know it’s due Tuesday.
If an action item comes out of a meeting, you make sure it has an owner and a deadline.
If something is falling behind, you bring attention to it before it becomes a problem.
You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room. You do need to be someone who is comfortable saying:
“Where are we at on this?”
…and continuing to ask until there’s an answer.
We want someone who takes pride in helping the entire team stay organized, accountable, and successful.
If you’re proactive, persistent, team-oriented, and get satisfaction from making sure things actually get done, we’d like to meet you.
