Role: Director of the National Programs
Position: Full-Time/Direct Hire
Location: Remote (Once in a week onsite in Columbia, MD)
Job Description:
- Serve as the Director of the National Programs Business Unit. In this capacity, the Director will serve as the Business Development Lead, Strategy and Plans Lead and Profit and Loss Lead with Primary focus growth areas including the VA IC markets.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Duties as Senior Leadership Team member.
- Oversee and Manage P&L for VA IC Contracts ($5-10m portfolio) looking to grow to ($25m).
- Provide management and leadership for leaders and staff assigned.
- Provide on-site billable engagements with clients.
- Work with VP to develop capture and market strategies.
- Develop plans and brief Corporate Executive Leadership Team to tie into Corp Strategy and Plans.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated Leader experience with extensive knowledge of the VA IC market environment, customers, contracts, and industry relationships.
- 10 years of Management and Leadership experience.
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI with polygraph.
Education:
- Masters or Higher Preferred or equivalent Military and/or Government experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Columbia, MD 21046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
