As a Business Analyst, you will support both problem-solving and execution — from analyzing data and structuring problems to helping implement solutions on-site. You’ll work directly with client teams across the U.S. (and occasionally internationally), gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and real business challenges from day one.

What You Will Do
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance gaps and root causes
- Structure problems and support the development of actionable solutions
- Support on-site implementation of initiatives and track measurable results
- Build clear, executive-ready materials and dashboards
- Work closely with consultants, team leaders, and client stakeholders
- Contribute to project execution with a strong focus on quality and impact
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Industrial Engineering preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, or related fields
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial environments, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, financials, and business operations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Comfortable operating in both analysis and execution
