We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership and regulatory oversight across multiple home care markets. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who is comfortable supporting multiple locations, partnering closely with operations teams, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a multi-site environment and enjoys working directly with field teams to maintain quality, compliance, and excellent client outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license required
- Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience required
- Home care or home health experience strongly preferred
- Previous Director of Nursing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership across multiple licensed home care locations
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Support and supervise RNs, caregivers, and clinical field teams
- Conduct nursing assessments, reassessments, and care plan reviews
- Partner closely with operations leadership to maintain quality and efficiency
- Oversee documentation standards and clinical best practices
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and regulatory readiness efforts
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions when needed
- Travel to locations as needed to provide direct support and oversight
