INVESTMENT THESIS: Transform the business and drive scale.
- Strengthen the Company’s go-to-market strategy and institute a commercial playbook to establish enterprise level clarity on priority end markets and execute end market expansion strategy
- Lead the acquisition and subsequent integration of formerly founder-owned businesses into a unified scalable platform
- Develop, improve and leverage best in class training to build a high performing leadership bench
THE SPONSOR: This private equity firm has a solid history of scaling businesses. Its sector specialties include aerospace, industrials, agriculture, and transportation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
- Business Model: Distribution, Manufacturing or Multi-Site Service`
- Functional: Top commercial leader of a $100mm-250mm in revenue multi-site services company OR number two commercial leader within a larger enterprise responsible for $400mm-$750 in revenue
- Orientation: Well-rounded P&L experience is required preferably with a depth of experience across sales, strategy, and Business Development.
- Private Equity: Not required
- M&A: Solid integration experience preferred
- Tenure: 15-25 years of progressive career success
