Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our Client Operations team. This administrative role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our client services. The Account Manager will work closely with the rest of our team to provide top-notch support and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Manage client accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and updates.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of client documentation and paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system.
- Support wealth advisors with administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
- Handle client communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Work toward obtaining required licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) with team support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (all majors welcome).
- Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Willingness to pursue SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licensing.
