Duties & Responsibilities
- Install a variety of hardware, including door closers, door keypads, cabinets, and restroom fixtures.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with other team members.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned.
- Proven experience in door hardware installation.
- Strong knowledge of tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
