Pay Range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) & Friday (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

What You'll Do
As a Production Welder at Falcon, your primary focus will be precision GTAW (TIG) welding, with GMAW (MIG) welding as a secondary function.
Perform high-quality GTAW (TIG) welding on various sheet metal projects (primarily stainless steel and aluminum).
Support fabrication needs with GMAW (MIG) welding as required.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to plan layouts.
Position, align, and clamp parts together using jigs and fixtures.
Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with shop safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
TIG Expertise: Must be highly proficient in GTAW (TIG) welding. (You will be asked to perform a weld test).
MIG Familiarity: Competence in GMAW (MIG) welding is highly preferred.
Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
Precision & Detail: A strong eye for detail, clean weld beads, and pride in your craftsmanship.
Certifications: While official welding certifications are preferred, they are not required. Your actual skill, attitude, and weld test performance matter most.
Reliability: A dependable team player who arrives ready to work the 7:00 AM shift.
