ABOUT THE POSITION
School District 49 is actively seeking a BASE49 Site Assistant working within BASE49. This position works directly with children, ages 5-12, for full day care. This position is temporary and will end approximately July 24, 2026
Calendar: Employees assigned to this position are scheduled to work up to 6.5 hours per day based on student enrollment and attendance during regular teacher work days. Employees assigned to this position may work up to 8 hours on non-teacher contract days based on enrollment and attendance. If additional hours are worked, they will be extra hours and will not be included in salary annualization. There is no guarantee of days or hours as this position is based strictly on the staff to student ratio needs.
Reports to: BASE49 Manager
Hourly rate of pay: Starting pay is $19.16 per hour to $23.86 per hour depending upon previous relevant experience. Actual starting pay rate will be determined after a review of the work experience provided on the job application and resume
Full-time or Part-time: Part-time, temporary
