Salary: The minimum salary for this position is $97,085/year and the maximum starting salary is $113,907/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant administrative experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
Job Description: Middle School Assistant Principal
About the Position
The Campus Assistant Principal will collaborate with the entire administrative team at Springs Studio and Pikes Peak Early College. The role will include instructional leadership and student academic/behavioral support at both Springs Studio Middle School and Pikes Peak Early College, including teacher observations and evaluations. This role also includes School Assessment Coordinator duties at the middle school and PPEC, as well as a caseload of high school 504 plans. The Assistant Principal will be expected to provide after-school and evening event supervision and to coordinate all Campus safety and security expectations. While this position will serves in an administrative role supporting middle and high school aged students, salary placement reflects the scope and scale of the school.
