Role Description
We are hiring both full time and part time Physician Assistants at our Falcon Ridge Urgent Care clinic in Falcon, Colorado. The responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating acute and non-life-threatening medical conditions. The role involves performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, providing medical advice, and prescribing treatments. The Physician Assistant will collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and deliver exceptional care to the community. Additional duties may include documentation, patient education, and supporting operational efficiency within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, including performing physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a healthcare team.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant and current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Proficiency in managing urgent care needs, ideally with prior experience in an urgent care or emergency care setting.
- Ability to work on-site and provide care in a fast-paced environment.
