Bar Tender

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled at creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing quality drinks, and providing excellent service to all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware and supplies
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Restock bar inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Must be 21 years or older
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• TIPS or responsible alcohol service certification is a plus

Base Pay: $70, $85,045.63 per year
