We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of a Senior Litigation Paralegal to fill a need in our Litigation Department in our New York, NY office.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
Salary Rage: 75k-100K

We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of a Senior Litigation Paralegal to fill a need in our Litigation Department in our New York, NY office.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Calendar meetings, court appearances, depositions, deadlines
- Communicate with clients, , opposing counsel, court staff and other third parties as necessary
- E-filing for state and federal courts
- Oversee service of process
- Act as liaison between Litigation Department head and department associates
- Act as liaison between Litigation Department head and attorneys in other practice areas within firm
- Assist with legal research
- Draft legal documents
- Handle discovery demands and responses
- General administrative duties; filing and scanning; assemble litigation papers; maintain matter files
- In-person attendance to courthouses as necessary
- Formal training and study as a paralegal ideal, minimum of 5 years experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- This position is fulltime in office Mon-Fri.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Experience with e-filing and in person filings; both state and federal. Must be familiar with court house procedures.
- Ability to problem-solve procedural and calendaring problems.
