Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven President to lead and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the bank. The President will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a strong performance culture, and representing the bank in key stakeholder relationships. This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in commercial and retail banking, strategic planning, financial oversight, and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the comprehensive execution of the organization’s mission, values and strategic objectives in collaboration with the board of directors. Acts as the integrator (EOS Model) of mission, vision and bank values.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team with strong integrity and strategic acumen.
• Manages the bank's overall performance. Establishes current and long-term performance objectives. Sets acceptable risk management levels. Ensures the annual budget aligns with strategic direction.
• Oversees the organization's financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.
• Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
• Provide relevant guidance and updates to the board of directors in establishing strategic direction, keeps board abreast of plans, programs and issues affecting the bank.
• Directs the strategic planning process for the bank and develops plans for growth and profitability. Guides bank activities to insure short- and long-term profitability is accomplished.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Business Required, MBA highly preferred.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of senior leadership experience, preferably in role of President or CEO in banking industry (Community bank preferred).
• Strong management acumen and proven track record of serving as a change agent by formulating and executing growth-oriented strategic plans that drove exceptional performance.
• Proven people leadership acumen; a strong commercial, entrepreneurial, and practical orientation; a history of instilling and driving performance-based cultures.
• Strong experience maintaining positive relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Thorough and current knowledge of banking related federal and state laws, rules and regulations.

Pay: $260,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
