Falcon Medical Services Services is looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support healthcare facilities in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an RN or LPN to assist patients with daily activities, monitor health status, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

• Patient Support: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility: Support patient transfers and ambulation using proper safety protocols.
• Clinical Monitoring: Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and report changes to nursing staff.
• Environment & Hygiene: Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with feeding and hydration.
• Documentation: Accurately record care activities in the facility’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Safety: Strictly follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

• Certification: Active CNA certification in the State of New Mexico.
• Registry: Must be in good standing on the New Mexico Nurse Aide Registry.
• BLS/CPR: Current certification required.
• Soft Skills: A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, hospitals, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the duration of a shift.
• Ability to safely assist patients with mobility and transfers.
