Medina ESOP Company has immediate opening for an experienced Welder / Fabricator for long term, full time employment in our air conditioned shop.

Random and reasonable cause testing is also conducted
1st shift employment, (4) - 10 hour days, 5am - 3:30pm, Monday thru Thursday
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
Steel Fabrication: Fabricating carbon, stainless and low alloy steels; Blueprint Reading and Weld Symbols (AWS and ISO); Weld joint prep; Hand plasma and oxy/fuel torches
Welding: Welding Machine Set-up; Mig/Tig welding and hardfacing of carbon, stainless and low alloy steels using solid and flux-cored wire. Finishing of welds (chipping, grinding, sanding)
Material Handling: Towmotor and Overhead Crane use.
Math and Measurement Skills: Tape measure and Calipers.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and Decision making.
