CherryPicker/Order Picker

Position Overview:

The Cherry Picker / Order Picker is a key member of our warehouse team, primarily responsible for accurately picking wholesale orders and kitting materials using a cherry picker

This position begins through a temporary staffing agency, with the opportunity for direct hire upon successful completion of 520 hours. Upon hire, employees receive hourly pay plus a monthly performance bonus and become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including fully paid medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow over time, you will be cross trained in other warehouse functions such as inventory control, replenishment, and receiving.

As part of our interview process, we ask candidates to complete a brief inventory test that includes basic math questions. If you are willing to participate, the test will be sent to you via text message before the interview process begins.

Schedule:

· Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 1 weekend day every other week, with a weekday off that week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a cherry pickerto pick and pull wholesale orders accurately
• Use an RFID scanner or WMS system to track and complete orders
• Verify picked items for accuracy and quality before staging
• Safely transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain clean, organized picking locations and work areas
• Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, especially when working at heights

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience operating a cherry picker (required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking
• Basic computer skills (WMS systems, scanning devices, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Comfortable working at elevated heights

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Work at elevated heights safely and confidently
• Work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, dust, etc.)

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass all applicable background checks
• Reliable attendance is critical due to team size and operational needs

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
